When Ginny Burcham earned her real estate license in 2004, she knew she wanted to partner with Prudential Carolinas Realty because of its strong reputation and market presence. Having worked for Wachovia Corporation prior to launching her real estate career, she recognized the importance of value-added brand identity as a key component to a successful business. Ginny applies her best business practices by utilizing a high level of relationship management and communication skills in all of her client interactions. She works diligently with both home buyers and sellers to meet their real estate needs.

As a 19-year resident of Winston-Salem, Ginny and her family are active in various community activities. Don't be surprised if you see her cheering her children on at their soccer games, swim meets, and volleyball tournaments! She enjoys sharing her knowledge of triad living with new Winston-Salem residents. Ginny is a Meredith College graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics.
